The Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Vasundhara Raje launched the official website of RERA Rajasthan on 1st June 2017. The CM in the launch ceremony appreciated central government’s move to infuse transparency and enhance professionalism in the real estate sector of India.
Addressing the real estate developers of Rajasthan, the CM thanked them for making Rajasthan the first state to provide the benefit of affordable housing to its citizen. She urged the realtors to continue following the unambiguous way of doing real estate business and provide quality services to the buyers.
According to RERA Rajasthan, developers must register their new projects with the authority before starting the construction work. The developers who have not received the completion certificate for their projects have to register with the RERA within three months of the commencement of the Act.
The official website of RERA Rajasthan (www.rera-rajasthan.in ) will provide a platform to the buyers where they can get details about RERA registered real estate projects & agents.

After that developer gives sale deed for signature of the purchaser in which the purchasers does not satisfy and feels cheated and desire to get advance but the developers shows him the RERA rule in which buyers has to pay 10% OF BASE Amount.What is rule in this matter.
