Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) is on a recovery mission. According to Apna RERA sources, the real estate watchdog has recovered almost Rs. 1,170 crore from the defaulting developers as on October 31st, 2017. The officials are reckoning that the amount will go up to Rs. 2,000 crore as soon as more developers will come under the ambit of RERA.
Although the RERA officials are yet appointed in the state, the government has received almost 600 applications for RERA registration of projects. Out of these projects, 338 projects have got the RERA registration certificate. Apparently, more than 570 agents have applied for the registration with RERA and 540 have got the RERA registration certificates.
As per the earlier news, Haryana will get its RERA officials and website by the end of this month.
