Home buyers appeals CM Yogi Adityanath-Revoke diluted RERA rules

After a massive win in Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Aadityanath is crowned as the new Chief Minister of the state on 19th March 2017, Sunday. He will follow the path of PM Modi's agenda "Sab ka Saath, Sab ka Vikas". Focusing on the above, home buyers with a ray of hope have urged the new CM to withdraw the current diluted Real Estate (Regulatory and Development) Act, RERA rules for UP drafted by the previous state government. They have appealed the CM to notify fresh rules based on the guidelines by the Central government.

Various associations, including Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (Nefowa), have written a letter highlighting the irregularities in the real estate sector of the state.

Through the letter, the association have complained about the officials of Noida and Greater Noida Authorities, stating that they have neglected the appeals of buyers and have only worked for the benefit of builders. They have urged the CM to suspend the officials which will increase the faith of homebuyers on the government.

The association has also urged the CM to ask builders to accelerate the project construction, strictly follow the UP Apartment Act and give compensation for delay to the buyers.

The ministry of housing & urban poverty alleviation (HUPA) notified the Real Estate (Regulatory and Development) Act, 2016 on 1st May 2016 for six union territories. The rules prescribed by the HUPA will also act as the model rules for RERA in other states.

During the reign of former CM Akhilesh Yadav, UP was among the few states to notify the RERA rules but various buyers associations have protested against the diluted RERA rules and raised their voice against unethical business methods by the developers in Uttar Pradesh.

UP chief minister, Yogi - Aditya Nath one of the top priority is to END CORRUPTION to bring clean governance in UP. Our suggestion kindly make a website for public complaint & the complaint received from public ask the builder about the project relevance and deal them according to revised RERA rules.

UP chief minister, Aditya Nath Yogi's one of the top priority is to END CORRUPTION to bring clean governance in UP. Dilution made in UP RERA DRAFT under supervision of earlier govt was NOT ACCEPTABLE for the US. RERA commite must hear out consumers concern on delayed, standstill projects. Just imagine a common man investing in dream home and his dream home remained as nightmare.and his hard earned money is still hard to get it back??

Ansal developer has done fraud and cheating with home buyers in sushant serene residency eta ii greater noida. Project started in 2011 and not a single tower/flat is complete. Project is abandoned and work completely stopped. No man ,No machine and No material. GNIDA officials appears colluding and favoring developer Ansal API.CREDAI not taking action despite complaints and seems to protect unscrupulous Ansals. GNIDA officials appears to be hand in gloves with developers by ignoring our complaints. Home buyers are left to suffer and die. The Ansals by their fraudulent activities and wrong promises have duped innocent home buyers of their hard earned savings of years and left at the mercy ,whims and fancies of developer for our own money. We now neither have money nor flat. We are in pain and agony and completely devastated. Developer is not governed and monitored by any authority and not accountable to any. We want our refund immediately with interest or developer be penalized for delay by paying monthly bank interest on deposit of buyers for the period beyond/exceeding possession date of 36 months. Senior GNIDA officials have no interest to expedite the projects for reasons best known to them.

I am one of the victims of Noida's unfinished project. Since last 4 year we are running pillar to post and till now our demand is unsolved. UP chief minister must look into the diluted bill passed by the former UP govt and make the necessary amendment and not to neglect our appeals.

I believe that the Mr. Aditya Yoginath will work for the common man. The real estate bill is the demand of the time and I hope that an undiluted bill will be made.
