The Campaign for RERA Awareness in India (CRAI) by APNA RERA has achieved its goal of imparting information related to Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act (RERA) among thousands of real estate stakeholders. On the eve of the 71st Independence Day of India, we launched this nationwide campaign with a motive to inspire buyers to buy only RERA registered projects and property developers to register their ongoing projects with the real estate authority. We are glad to proclaim that APNA RERA has received huge popularity and appreciation from our web site visitors, social media fans and well wishers. The CRAI campaign in particular got over thousands of views and responses from resident Indians through social media , emails & SMS and has been a complete success.
RERA is the first such reform in the history of the Indian real estate sector that has covered all the aspects of the realty world to regulate the sector and protect the buyers’ interest. RERA being such an important topic, somewhat failed to reach the mass potential audience, including aspiring property buyers, developers and real estate agents. We at APNA RERA took this initiative further to elevate the significance of RERA by launching CRAI.
Commenting on the success of our campaign, APNA RERA founder and Group Head said, “We believe APNA RERA campaign awareness always makes the targeted subject distinctive and engages the real estate consumer effectively. We are very happy that APNA RERA’s - CRAI campaign has received huge popularity and appreciation from our visitors, social media fans, realty people and well wishers. We launched this campaign to give a positive thrust to our share of initiative in making the real estate sector of India more reliable and organized. This campaign is empowering thousands of property buyers and helping them in knowing the benefits of buying RERA registered properties. We are also providing free of cost assistance to real estate developers in registering their projects and real estate agents in registering themselves with the RERA”.
Unfortunately, a certain website which is pretending to spread knowledge about the RERA is trying to take benefit of our campaign and have copied our initiative along with the name of our campaign - CRAI. Although, this doesn’t matter a lot to us, utilising our concept of RERA awareness for their monetary gain is a condemnable act. However, we will keep this campaign going on and will continue to help people in knowing about RERA in a better way. We are confident that our campaign is self proclamatory and viewers who have got a first-hand experience of APNA RERA and our campaign CRAI would definitely be able to identify our uniqueness and genuine intensions.
APNA RERA is India’s first user- friendly interactive knowledge sharing platform related to the RERA and is inclined to revolutionize the realty world by adding a new dimension to the Indian real estate sector.
